Cisco 360 Assessment
From Cisco scorecard to practical action plan.
Cisco 360 gives every partner a Partner Value Index (PVI) score for each portfolio, along with a lot of underlying metrics. What it doesn’t tell you is which of those numbers matter most, or what to do about them.
The Glu Cisco 360 Assessment translates your Cisco data into clear priorities, named owners and a realistic route to your next threshold. It answers four simple questions: where are we now, what matters most, what should we change, and what position will that create?
Understanding PVI
The Partner Value Index is a score from 0 to 10 showing how developed each of your Cisco portfolio practices is. It’s built from four pillars: Foundational Knowledge, Capability, Performance and Engagement.
Two thresholds matter. At 5.00+ a portfolio reaches Cisco Portfolio Partner, which supports access to Cisco Partner Incentive opportunities. At 7.50+ it reaches Cisco Preferred Partner, with additional Preferred benefits.
PVI alone doesn’t guarantee incentive eligibility, but it’s the foundation everything else builds on.

Less Guessing. More Targeted Action.
Most partners have plenty of data but no clear view of where to focus. Improving every metric is expensive and unnecessary. The assessment finds the smallest credible changes that move each portfolio over its next threshold. It covers:
- Current PVI position across every portfolio
- Portfolios that are strong, weak or at risk
- Applied Index dependencies that could cause scores to drop
- Shared investments that lift several portfolios at once
- Black Belt, certification, renewal and adoption gaps
- Realistic PVI gains for each recommended action
Whether you’re focused on one portfolio or your whole Cisco practice, you get one consistent, evidence-based view.
Cisco 360
Made Simple
1. Share your Cisco data
We review your PVI scores, metrics and gaps from the Cisco Partner Experience Platform, checking accuracy and Applied Index positions.
2. We find your next threshold
For each portfolio we identify the realistic next step, usually 5.00 first, then 7.50 where it’s relevant.
3. We prioritise the effort
We focus on the smallest credible changes, highlighting shared investments that lift several portfolios together.
4. We link actions to outcomes
Every recommendation shows its expected PVI gain, whether that comes through CSPM, Black Belt, certifications, renewals or adoption.
5. You get a clear plan
A practical roadmap with owners, dependencies and actions for 0–30, 31–90 and 90+ days. Simple, focused and built around your Cisco data.
