Renewal refinement, references, KPI’s and submission documentation. Maturity actions. Submission of application documentation.

CX SUCCESS

Corrective Actions: KPI clarification and document ready for final assessment.
Customer Success Coaching, e.g. Optimising Use (Activate) incentives / Prioritising Adopt Incentive / Monetisation optimisation
