Billy is responsible for overall commercial strategy to deliver a world class service and delight the people GLU engage with.

A background in working for large Tech vendors and small to large Systems Integrators Billy holds vast knowledge on how to help partners and customers execute their business objectives.

Rich Goodman


Rich is responsible for the operations, delivery and technology strategy ensuring consistent high standards.

Having held senior positions in some of the largest global retailers accountable both Digital and Cyber Transformation, he has the vision and unique insight to know how to help GLU’s clients.

Neil Warren

Financial Director

Neil is responsible for all aspects of finance across the GLU-Group.

Having worked at a senior level in finance across a wide range of organisations he is a great asset to Glu.

Tim Gray


Tim is a key member of the Glu Group Board and brings with him over 30 years of Board Level experience.

Tim is responsible for operational and future strategy of the business.

Paul Hutchinson

Managing Director – Digital

Paul is responsible for empowering our partner community at Glu, enabling them to achieve their own unique growth aspirations and helping them to overcome any barriers that may exist in terms of strategy, skills, delivery, geographical gaps, innovation, education or overall market intelligence.

With over 25 years of global experience in the technology sector, Paul is passionate about the competitive advantage that technology can provide to businesses. He says ‘technology used in the right way should also have a profoundly positive impact on society, economies and the environment around us’.

Aaron Foster

Head of CX Delivery

Aaron is responsible for the delivery of Customer Success to our Partners, ensuring our Partners become more relevant to their Customers by over coming challenges and building a sustainable annuity based business, ultimately becoming more profitable.

Having spent many years holding the responsibility of having to implement new technology to solve ever changing business problems, Aaron is best placed to empathise with our Partners and work together on solutions from their end customers perspective.

Gareth Phillips

Financial Controller

Gareth uses his curious mind to support and challenge the rest of the management team to make sound commercial and financial decisions.

Gareth has worked in several senior financial management roles, primarily within SME’s, before joining the GLU team in 2019.

He likes to think of GLU as being a premium sports car where the commercial directors control the accelerator but where he controls the brakes! Hopefully between us everyone enjoys a smooth ride!

Adrian Mills

Partner Transformation Director

Adrian is responsible for providing Business Partners in the IT industry with programmes to transform their business to a digital business with a renewable revenue business model.

A legacy of working in numerous aspects of the IT industry in multiple sectors Adrian brings a wealth of experience to enable Partners to comprehend the task in hand and most importantly the programme skills to make it a reality enabling them to be profitable in future years.

Adrian’s passion is help everyone make the most of life, whether that be working with schools or teaching youngsters how to light a fire or carve their name.

Samira Dhahak

Customer Success Manager

Being an end user for several years, Sam brings her first hand experience, trials and tribulations along with the lessons which aid her to understand our clients’ needs. And translating these into solutions to better support our customers is what my sole aim is!

If there’s one thing a decade of marketing experience has taught her, it is that ‘managing customer expectations and delivering beyond those expectations’ is key to the success of any business. Cisco Certified Customer Success Management has given her the wings that she needed to venture into a Customer Success Manager role. Coming from the world of ‘end user’, Sam knows how to best empower our customers to meet their KPIs successfully and efficiently.

A baker by passion and necessity (2 young boys plus a husband ensure that she stays that way!). A trained & qualified designer she dabbles in designing websites and ‘beautifying’ spreadsheet data.

Sharon Roberts-Newson

Sharon is the Internal Sales for GLU.

With a background working for a large Insurance Broker running a Commercial Team offering new business and renewals, Sharon brings a wealth of experience to GLU.

Sharon is responsible for ensuring that our customers are kept up to date with the latest industry knowledge and introducing products and solutions that add value.

Mike Dinsdale

Head of Delivery

Mike is responsible for the overall Service Delivery of the business. With a vast background in retail having worked for organisations like Toys R Us for many years, Mike has overcome and delivered many projects in his career. Mike is the keenest golfer of the team and can often be seen at his local course shouting at his clubs.

Damir Babic

Head of Engineering

Damir is responsible for designing and executing a technical solution to every customer. He also works closely with our partners to ensure that every design delivered to the end customer is in line with the best practice approach.

With a background in working for small to large Systems Integrators Damir holds vast technical knowledge on how to help build a technical solution for partners and customers, on which to execute their business objectives.

Damir is also a Cisco instructor that held lectures on broad varieties of topics, with a focus on networking and security solutions.
